History and calendar

History lists your workouts in a calendar by week or month, filtered by workout if you like. Each one shows duration, volume and RPE, plus a heart rate chart if measured, and you can correct it afterward.

Where to find it

  1. History
  2. Workouts

Next to it is body weight; swipe sideways to switch.

History in Setonomy: the calendar for October 2026, week 43, with the training days marked, then the filters “All workouts” and one per workout, the week's totals and its workouts
The calendar, the filters and the workouts of the selected week.

The calendar

It opens on the current week. ‹ › moves by week or month, the handle below the calendar switches between week and month, and tapping the title opens “Choose year.” Training days have a light green circle, today a green ring.

Tap a day to show only that day; tap it again or tap “Show all” to undo.

Filters and list

Above the list, filter by “All workouts,” a single workout, “Free workout” or “(deleted),” each with a count; the calendar follows the filter. The list shows exactly the calendar's week or month, with the count, volume, average duration and average sets per muscle group.

A past workout

Tap one to see the date, time, duration, volume, work and rest, the note, and the volume and average RPE for each exercise. Warm-up sets are folded under “Warm-up,” skipped sets are faded. If Setonomy measured your heart rate, the “Heart rate chart” shows it across the whole workout; tap it to see the set or rest.

Correcting afterward

“Edit” lets you change reps, weight or duration, RPE and the checkmark that decides whether a set counts, plus the note. You can remove sets and exercises as long as one remains. Nothing is saved until you tap “Save.” The date and duration can't be changed, and you can't add sets.

Deleting and the trash

Deleting a finished workout is permanent (“This can't be undone.”); it doesn't go to the trash. If workouts sync to Apple Health, the copy there is removed too.

The trash under Workout keeps deleted workout templates for 30 days: “Restore,” “Delete permanently” or “Empty.” What you trained with a deleted template stays in History.

Premium

Free. All of History, with the calendar, heart rate chart and corrections, is free. Comparing two workouts side by side is under Progress, with Premium (Progress and records).
